Client Services Manager:
Computer forensics consulting firm is hiring for the position of Client Services Manager based out of our Chicago Head Quarters. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment within a growing small company. The position will require the flexibility to take on many tasks to help the rest of the office staff be more productive.
We are seeking an energetic, proactive team player with prior project management, client management and/or sales experience to join our Client Services team. Our clients include some of the largest law firms in the U.S. The Client Services Manager will act as the primary contact between our clients and Forensicon's technical staff, ensuring that we understand and consistently exceed expectations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate as a key team member in helping our clients determine their electronic litigation strategy.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Project Management
- Foster clear, frequent communication between billable staff and client
- Develop strategies, requirements and objectives for each client
- Track and monitor progress of projects throughout project life cycle
- Assume accountability for meeting clients' deadlines
- Define and implement internal processes and methodologies to ensure smooth execution
- Manage each client relationship to profitability
- Manage quality and timeliness of all deliverables promised to clients
- Provide regular project reporting status to senior management and technical team
Sales & Marketing
- Identify new business opportunities within each client relationship
- Close inbound sales leads
- Prepare project proposals for new and existing client projects
- Serve as part of the marketing team
- Make telephone calls to current and past clients to maintain and build relationships
- Maintain contact database and regularly notate client activities
Qualified candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales, project management or general management role
- Strong customer / client service skills
- Process-oriented, with the ability to manage many tasks at once
- Strong project management skills (MS Project desired)
- Excellent understanding of business and computer technology
- Ability to convey technically complex information to a non-technical audience
- Experience in the legal environment a plus
- Willingness to be a hands-on team player
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal, quantitative and presentation skills
- Bachelors degree required, business related preferred
- MBA or JD a strong plus
