The case revolved around E-discovery issues and resulted in a 42-page opinion on the need to preserve all evidence once a lawsuit is threatened. We were successful in defeating both a TRO petition and a motion for a preliminary injunction. After the federal judge indicated that he would not issue an injunction, the case settled favorably."

Jason Kalish sued Leapfrog Online after he left the company claiming that the company owed him $781,632 in commissions and salary.
