Forensicon and Johnson & Bell Present A Workshop on Computer Forensics for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners
CHICAGO: Feb 8, 2006 - Forensicon's President and CEO, Lee Neubecker, will join Johnson & Bell's attorneys, Joe Marconi and Kathryn Hoying, in a half-day workshop organized by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners on February 10 for a presentation entitled "Using Computer Forensics to Conduct Investigations," sponsored by Forensicon and Johnson & Bell.
The workshop will begin with Mr. Marconi's introduction to computer forensics from the legal perspective, followed by Mr. Neubecker's overview of how computers store information and how forensics can be used to retrieve it. Ms. Hoying will then lend her legal expertise to the understanding of what is required to compel examination of a computer not belonging to your company or client. Finally, Mr. Neubecker will address the use of computer forensics to uncover the illegal activities of a current employee through a sample case study.
The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is a professional
organization
